Responsive JavaScript World Map Widget using Lat, Lang of Shopify Dev API

** You should have good Javascript experience with GPS lat and lang and strong understanding of APIs, ideally React GraphQL or Node or Liquid HTML experience **

Hi Guys
I want someone to do the following:
Development: Code the Javascript, CSS and Liquid HTML directly into our Shopify theme on the homepage
Follow this:
=The UI should be entirely responsive.
=It should have a white box at the top saying "Shop Name Live"
=The below should be a ticker or sliding text saying
* A custom just added Product X to cart
* There are 35 users online
.. etc we will give a list of random static text to marquee or ticker add..
Then below this should be the map of the world - every few seconds a dot should appear of the location of the person if no traffic is online it should be random..
= We should be able to add our own rules and messages here, if the website is in Arabic or French it should support languages - hence Shopify Liquid built
= The design should be minimal CSS and vector based and only flashing icons - we can edit this code later and should suit the theme
