I have developed the screenwriter/ scriptwriter system with the help of a freelancer but due to some emergency he could not continue but he is halfway achieving what I want as the end product.

The budget mentioned in the project description is final so please don't ask for a final offer or anything
Payment terms 100% after successful delivery of the project.
No payment if you fail to complete the project.
