Resolve H265 Streaming Issue in Chrome

I'm encountering problems with H265 streams using the WebRTC repository from GitHub (https://github.com/bluenviron/mediamtx). The issue seems to be specific to the H265 codec, and I'm not able to get any streams playing in Chrome. I've only tested in Chrome and there are error messages popping up while trying to stream.
