Reservation & Operations System (Laravel + WhatsApp API + GetYourGuide Integration)

Seeking an experienced, patient, and committed Laravel developer/team to build a full Reservation and Operations Management System for a marine tourism company.

The system will integrate reservations from WP website and GetYourGuide, automate boat assignments, manage drivers, guides, and chefs, and send real-time WhatsApp notifications to guests and staff.
Additional modules include hotel pickup routing (traffic lines), daily cash collection, maintenance & mileage tracking, supply chain, HR attendance, penalties, customer database, and digital forms with e-signatures.

Requirements:
• Strong Laravel experience
• WhatsApp Cloud API expertise
• API integration experience (GetYourGuide or similar)
• Ability to deliver clean, secure, well-documented code
• Pixel-perfect UI implementation

Traffic Lines (Updated Details)
• Group hotels into pickup and return lines based on proximity and area.
• Assign drivers and buses to each traffic line.
• Send the driver’s full pickup route via WhatsApp, including hotel stops and timings.
• Driver must tap a Confirm button to acknowledge the route and guest list.

General Website Requirements:
• Development must be in PHP Laravel.
• Clean and consistent code documentation is required.
• All features must undergo complete testing before delivery.
• Regular project updates are mandatory.
• Code documentation will be reviewed by our development consultant to ensure technical alignment.

Important Notes:
• You must start working on the client's server from day one once awarded.
• The client is very detail‑oriented and will inspect every UI element carefully.
• Flexibility and patience are required as approval cycles may take time.
• Our working days are Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are off.
• You must have your own testing workflow and tester to ensure zero issues upon delivery.
• By submitting your bid, you confirm that you accept all requirements and can deliver them.
• We expect multiple future phases, so we are looking for a long‑term collaboration.

- Project Milestones
• Milestone 1 — $600: Created upon awarding the project. Released when Reservations + Check‑in forms are completed.
• Milestone 2 — $600: Created after Milestone 1 release. Released when Traffic Lines + boats modules are completed.
• Milestone 3 — $600: Created after Milestone 2 release. Released when all remaining system modules are completed.
• Milestone 4 — $700: Created after Milestone 3 release. Released when the entire project is tested and approved.

** Additional Bonus: +$500 : The client may request modifications or additional features during implementation. Some changes may be perceived as simple from the client’s perspective due to his non-technical background, even though they may require additional development effort.

Over the past months of meetings and discussions with him, I have finalized these details and translated them into the current structures and layouts.

However, The client is going through a pivotal transformation in his business — shifting from decades of paper-based work to this new system. This requires a great deal of patience and flexibility.

To accommodate this flexibility, an extra $500 bonus will be added based on the actual workload and progress throughout the project.
