Required a Selenium expert for a webpage automation

Hi there, I am looking for a Selenium expert and the project details are folloiwng:
1. I have a webpage in html with having a form including these fields.
a. 5 star rating
b. Feedback textarea
c. Submit button
2. I want when a user click 5 star rating ONLY and leave any feedback he should be redirected to a google business rating url so he can give us rating on google.
3. But the key point is this that whatever he submitted in the previous form should be automatically placed in google business rating box
For example when he rated 5 star and leave feedback "I am satisfied" and click on submit button, on google review box 5 star should clicked and "i am satisfied" pasted in the feedback box AUTOMATICALLY. And then user can click on rating button to place the actual rating on google.
What to do
1. You can use javascript or anything else because i just need solution.
2. You can do it in selenium as well but make sure it should work with html and javascript
3. You can suggest completely new solution
