Required React Native or Php Developer or both to Create React Native mobile app (ui and api integration)

Hi,
We are looking for a Php or React Native developer or developer with both the experience.
While providing quote please mention whether you want to provide Php support or React Native support or both.

React native developer role will be to create mobile app which uses oauth2.
Module list is mentioned in attached excel sheet.

Existing setup:
----------------------
1. Website is running UNA script which is CMS script.
2. Website is up and running in test server. link of website is clapback.org
3. Website frontend use php service calls.
4. List of modules is provided in excel sheet in attachment.

Current Progress:
----------------------------
1. Mobile app xd files is completed.

Requirement for React Native Developer:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-Need to create UI. (XD file will be provided to React Native developer.)
-API will be created by php developer. React native developer have to work with php developer to Integrate api into the app and create app for android and ios.

Requirement for PHP Developer:
----------------------------------------------------
1.Create API based on existing service calls for each module.

Support:

1. App testing takes time. So we will require support for around one months.

Milestones:

1. Milestone will be divided into Phases.
2. Phases will include development, app launch in app and ios store, support duration (one month).
