Required Front End Developer

I am looking for a talented front-end developer who can take my design in Figma and deliver very accurate frontend code.
I have 6 splash pages for six different identities. Each splash page will include a clearly outlined Figma file and supporting document advising on expected functionality.
I prefer Vue JS but are open to other languages. These are bite size milestones that should be easy and fun to complete together, with a lot of documentation and support to guide you.
