Repair GitHub Actions Unit Tests

Job ID: 40108104

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

Our SveltyCMS “next” branch (https://github.com/SveltyCMS/SveltyCMS/tree/next) used to run its unit-test suite automatically on every push, but something in the workflow broke and the tests no longer start at all. I need someone who can jump into the existing GitHub Actions pipeline, identify why the action stalls, and get the unit tests running cleanly again.

You’ll be free to update the workflow YAML, adjust cache or matrix settings, and tweak any package-manager or test-runner commands required, so long as nothing about the repository’s actual source code is changed unless it is strictly necessary for the tests to execute. Once you finish, every push and pull request against the branch should show green checks for the unit-test job.

Deliverables
• A fixed GitHub Actions workflow file committed via pull request
• All unit tests executing automatically and passing (or clearly surfacing genuine failures)
• A brief summary of the changes so the team understands what went wrong and how you resolved it

If you’ve untangled flaky GitHub Actions pipelines for JavaScript/TypeScript projects before, especially ones using modern frontend tooling, this should be a quick win.
