Refreshing Website using Javascript API Call

Create basic HTML website which uses javascript on the backend to query an API using jquery. The query needs to be encoded using URL encoding. The time in the query also needs to be converted into epoch time every time is is run. The website should auto refresh itself and re-run the query and gather the data every 10 seconds. If there is no data returned, the 3x Queue names should remain on the screen with zero values
