Refine HTML Pages for Modern Design

I already have a fully-functional set of HTML pages that were put together by an intermediate designer. They look good, but I can see they’re one expert pass away from truly polished. I’d like you to refine three key areas—typography, colour palette, and overall layout—so the site feels cohesive and effortlessly modern.

The visual direction is Modern and Minimalist, so think generous white space, balanced type scales, and a restrained but memorable palette. Subtlety matters: tiny hover states, gentle fades, or micro-interactions are welcome, yet anything flashy or over-engineered will break the look. Keep any animation lightweight, CSS-driven or vanilla JS, and performance-friendly. An html.webpages should be auto compatible with mobile and desktop

What I expect from you:
– Updated HTML, CSS (or SCSS), and any JS snippets in a clean folder structure
– Responsive behaviour preserved or improved for mobile, tablet, and desktop
– Clear comments or a short hand-off note so I can follow your tweaks

I’ll hand over the current codebase as soon as we start; you send back the polished version and a quick walkthrough, and we’re done.
