Refactoring existing reactjs project (Duration 1-3 weeks)

Hello All,
The Project is already in working shape and it is created using reactjs framework (Client side rendering) and with open source libraries packages.
What i am looking here someone who has good experience in using reactjs to refactor the existing project with industries standards such as :
1. Create Reusable component out of existing component.
2. Apply Proper UI principals
3. Improve error handling.
4. Use Design pattern when needed.
5. Create Modular code out of existing.
6. Improve little look and feel as well.
Future Plan.
*Feature development* which will be totally depends on the refactoring parts.
