Refactor and migrate existing Tailwind static marketing website to a Vuejs sanity project

I am looking for someone to refactor and migrate my existing Tailwind static marketing website to a Vuejs sanity project. The current technology stack used for the existing website is Vue.js. There are specific features that I want to maintain in the migrated website such as the blog integration to the cms, which I already have done. In terms of timeline, I would like the project to be completed as soon as possible, potentially starting right away. The ideal candidate will have experience in Vue.js and Sanity CMS, and have the ability to deliver this project within a reasonable timeframe.
