Redevelop an existing website with AngularJS as it is no redesing required

We have an existing website that we require to redevelop using Angular to make it faster. Unfortently we don't have the existing source code. For the content it is the same for any external URL it should be the same and any internal URL it should be the same. The design will remain as it is.
