Record outbound calls in Signal Wire and implement Inbound Voice Mail -- 2

We want to record outbound calls in Signal Wire. Currently, we are using the javascript Relay SDK library of a signal wire to implement the click-to-call feature in our project and we want those calls to be recorded. We are able to record the inbound calls using LAML. We need a way to record the outbound calls from our web interface and store them in the signal wire.
We also need to implement the voice mail feature in the signal wire where the inbound caller is asked to record a voice mail if one of our agents does not pick up their call. Currently, we are forwarding the inbound call to the agent on their personal number using the LAML webhook.
