Read and clone Websocket command packet from web server and need a way to clone that commands and send it use esp32/8266 -- 2

Have device that is controlled by embedded web server. Its accessible only from browser by ip 10.10.1.7. What i need- to read some commands from that webserver and to can reproduce it from external device like raspberry or arduino or esp32 to can use phisic buttons/sliders to controll that device by sending commands to his web server.
