I tried converting following html template to react functional components

Somehow, routing and jQuery is not working as expected.
I need help on fixing routing, jQuery and css functionalities to be fixed.
Note: by routing, I mean page redirection. Uri is changing as expected. But page renders hai nly when I released ad the browser and there are some console errors while switching between pages.
I do not need any additional functionality. I just want my react components work as the html template rovided above.
