ReactJs developer front-end

I have a react project.js I need to work on
I'm looking for a Front-end developer who has experience with react (back-end knowledge is a bonus).
We can start with small tasks and our clients will be paid by the hour, and if find you serious enough and not wasting time we may hire you to work with us a full-time job on a weekly payment.
The work should be done remotely, with the developer's guidance.
Currently, I need help with someone front-end tasks , CSS etc.. and I'm using bitbuckets and visual studio, (experience of that software is required).
Basic English is also required
