ReactJs Transcript Editor

i have a current project which was build in react for both frontend and backend. Currently i wish to make a edit button for the transcript editing in the video content as shown in the screenshot. The section where the transcript was in the screenshot shared i would like to make it editable and stored in to the local database for the changes. The transcript section is reading from XML file
