ReactJS with Mapbox GL integration

I am in need of an experienced React developer with some experience in Mapbox GL, MaterialUI or Bootstrap and socket connections.

Some background:
There is already an existing backend API and a working raw HTML frontend that needs to be rewritten in ReactJS.
This will be a live GPS tracking website that receives GPS coordinates from the existing API. These coordinates need to be plotted as markers on Mapbox GL. There are also "boundaries" in the form of Linestrings and Polygons that need to plotted.

This website requires the following
- Able to plot custom markers as they are received from the API
- Able to plot boundaries as they are received from the API
- A Drawer component with a list of all the markers and boundaries
- Each marker and boundary in the drawer menu needs to be editable in a modal (ID, Name, Type. Nothing complicated)
- Markers need to be able to move and update their color as their live data is being received

I would prefer if Material UI is used over bootstrap
