ReactJS Developers (Individual | Bikaner or Jaipur preferred)

Hi,
I am currently looking for ReactJS developers to join our existing team to speed up some small projects.
We are a small team working on creating some small web applications and using React JS + Redux with different UI frameworks. We are trying to speed up our development, and thus would like to add external members for a period of 3 months. If everything goes good then this could be a long-term business as well.
Any agencies or group of freelancers who forward projects to the next group or agencies: **Please do not apply and waste time mutually**.
The selected freelancer must be available for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and 10 am to 6 pm India time zone. We don't want the candidate to be working exclusively for us, but a minimum of 40 hours a week is required and other than that they will be free to work on other projects as long as there is no conflict of interests.
The candidate who joins our team must sign an NDA and a Work For Hire agreement. That is non-negotiable and we take that very seriously.
Our preferred candidate profile:
- 2+ years of ReactJS Experience.
- A delivered project involving custom components using Styled Component, Stitches, or similar libraries.
- Knowledge of React Design Patterns is a must.
- Good command over HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Webpack is a must.
- Knows how to convert PSD layout to React JS components.
- Fluent with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Knowledge of AWS Lightsail, S3 would be a plus.
- Good internet connection (30mbps or higher) is a must. We will provide you AWS Workspace, so that is a key requirement.
- Good team player, working with the team to plan daily deliverables and keep moving towards the goal.
- Knowledge of npm packages like Axios, moment, etc. is a must.
- Candidate must have good interpersonal skills: Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism.
- Prior experience creating own npm packages for react components would a big plus.
We will set up weekly milestones and payments will be released monthly. Budget set in this post is for entire duration of 3 months and can be negotiated for good fits.
