React js with arcgis one screen with crud operation

I need a react js with ArcGIS or Google API developer. I have a use case with crud operation like create the polygon, and adding icon over there save into database, and reopen the application where the user must see the created polygon, then edit and save into backend system. API can be created by customers. I do have a UX design
