We have an existing mobile app and we intend to create a minimum viable web app to do the following.
User Interface Design with API Integration for the following modules:

1. Login (API Ready)

2. Record Payment (API Ready):
* Add New Payment
* View Payment List
* Sort record
* Export record in Microsoft Excel format

3. Record Expense (API Unavailable only UI):
* Create new expense
* List all expenses
* Download record with filter options(Excel Format)

4. Debtors(API Ready):
* View all debtors (Sortable Table Data)
* Download debtors list with filter options (Excel Format)

5. Property Unit (API Ready):
* Property List (with download option of the entire list of property units)
* View Property Details

6. Switch Space (API Ready):
* Switch between multiple estate

7. Dashboard Screen (Adobe XD Design will be provided)

8. Profile Screen (User Profile and Estate Profile Details)
