React js website functionality for contact form

I am looking for a React JS developer to help me with the functionality of my contact form. The specific requirements for the form include:
- Additional fields such as phone number and message
- The ability to customize the form with advanced features like file upload and conditional logic
In terms of managing and storing form submissions, I currently do not have a preferred method. However, I am experiencing an issue with the form submit button. The issue is that it is not functioning properly.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with React JS and be familiar with contact form functionality. Knowledge of form submissions and troubleshooting form issues would also be beneficial.
