I am looking for a React JS developer to create a web page with login access level and drag and drop ability. The project requires the following:

Access Level:
- The desired access level for different users is Admin.

Page Layout:
- I do not have a specific design for the page layout.
- I am open to suggestions for the design.

Drag and Drop Functionality:
- The drag and drop feature should allow for simple file moving.
