React-chat-widget need some changes to the library

I am trying to create a chat in react-chat-widget and need someone that know react/ javascript / typescript , i need to change so the messages will have prior to the message an name in bold like <b>Steven </b> : message,
the only thing is that i don't understand how i can change the typescript functions . the name will be a variable passed from the react part
