React app developer for simple POS application

Hi,
Looking for an experienced React application developer with API knowledge for a very simple POS system. Some sample requirements:
* UI preferred Material, but open for suggestions
* layout elements:
- header bar with general information
- catalog with "add to cart" functionality
- shopping cart in side bar with "pay" buttons
- settings window; can be modal
- modal payment transaction status windows with buttons
- optional debug display
* functionalities required:
- read menus, pages, sections, items from json (later API) and display in catalog
- display current content of shopping cart in side bar
- adding and removing items to/from shopping cart
- shopping cart saved in state, locally
- shopping cart [state] backup to backend via API on any change
- "paid cash" functionality clearing the shopping cart and sending relevant data to API
- handling card terminal payments; workflow is documented; via API through the backend or direct via tcp/socket
This is neither a complete description of requirements, nor are all of these requirements part of this job. We work agile, have got some resources in house, but would need someone whom we can ask to complete or advise on some occasional tasks; first in the architecture, then for implementation.
If you have experience in PHP, that's great - but no worries if you don't.
Implementation will be on github or gitlab; we need code that we can easily understand and read as a team. Happy to pay higher rates for experts / lower skills for beginners.
