React Website to have same look

I'm seeking a skilled React developer to implement a mobile-responsive design for my website. I already have a design in mind which I would share with the successful freelancer.

Looks differently on both web and mobile version want to have the web version only in mobile itself.
As if we zoom out it looks the same.
Somehow that zoom out should happened start only.

Scope of work includes:
- Implementing the design to ensure same look on both desktop and mobile versions.
- Testing to confirm the website functions and displays as intended on different devices and browsers.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Highly proficient in React development
- Experience in implementing responsive designs
- Attention to detail to ensure seamless transition between mobile and desktop view

Note: I will be providing all content for the website. No content creation assistance is required. I look forward to working with a proactive and communicative freelancer who can ensure my vision is effectively translated into the final product.
