React Web Program for converting image of user's face to Pixel Art

Hi there!
This project is for a React web program where a user can upload an image of their face and the program will turn it into classic video-game style pixel art
The program will
1. identify the edges of the user's face/hair
2. turn the background white
3. add a black pixel outline to the edges of their face
We can let the user outline the edges of their face on the original picture, so the program can easily identify where the background is
The user will be able to see their pixel art in 32-bit, 48-bit, 64-bit, and 128-bit, and then they will select their favorite option
The color pallet will be limited to a few contrasting colors (automatically picked from user's image) to get the retro/gameboy art style
I would like the end result to be a memorable experience where people can easily create unique art that they will cherish and share with their friends
