React.JS Web App Sci-Fi with interactive Dashboard & World-map (FrontEnd & Backend)

Hello, we are looking for a Javascript developer (Frontend & Backend) for an online project. The goal of this project is to create an online dashboard with react.js or next.js that displays information.
We want this dashboard to be in the Sci-Fi theme, so it is mandatory to have knowledge / inspirations in this area.
We want to make an animated interactive world map whose information can be updated. This dashboard must be able to be animated.
Below is an example of the result we want to have.
Languages mastered: Javascript, HTML, CSS (React.JS or Next.js)
