**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and enhance UI components using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI.
2. Redesign functionalities and implement new features based on user-centric design.
3. Optimize existing functions for improved system performance.
4. Engage fruitfully with a team of developers and designers.
5. Debug challenging code and tackle complex development issues.
6. Write clean, reusable, and documented code.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
1. Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
2. Prior experience with Next.js.
3. Familiar with CSS tools like Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI.
4. Knowledge of Framer is a plus.
5. Comprehensive understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, web functions, and standards.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
