React Remix IT Website Build -- 2

I have the full UI already designed and need an experienced React developer—comfortable with React Router v7, Remix JS, and Tailwind CSS v4—to turn those screens into a fast, production-ready IT company website.

Scope
• Front-end: implement every page in Remix, wiring navigation with React Router v7 and styling exclusively through Tailwind v4 utility classes.
• Content: dynamic sections will be editable through our own built-in admin panel; no external CMS is involved.
• Features: build dynamic content management and real-time notifications as agreed.
• Infrastructure: containerise the entire application with Docker, write a clean Dockerfile and compose setup, and deploy to our cloud account (AWS or similar). CI/CD experience is a plus.

Quality expectations
I’ll code alongside you, reviewing performance, bundle size, and lighthouse scores. Clean, typed components, sensible file structure, and descriptive commits are mandatory.

Deliverables
1. Remix project repository with React Router v7 routes fully wired.
2. Tailwind v4 configuration and reusable component library.
3. Admin-panel backed content management modules.
4. Real-time notification service (WebSocket or Server-Sent Events).
5. Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml, and deployment guide; final build running in the cloud.
