I'm looking to enhance my existing website built with React.js and Next.js by adding a real-time chat feature.
Requirements:
- Implement real-time chat functionality
We are looking to update and enhance our Recruitment Vendor Platform, built using React.js and Next.js. The platform connects employers with third-party recruitment vendors and supports features such as job postings, resume submissions, interview tracking, and vendor management.
Scope of Work:
UI/UX Improvements:
Redesign key pages (job dashboard, resume view, job posting forms, etc.) for improved layout, responsiveness, and ease of use.
Feature Enhancements:
Add new functionality, such as:
Resume delete option in the admin panel
Export candidate data (CSV/Excel) for each job
Improved single-page CV viewer
Admin-level approval for job deletions
Enhanced job submission workflow and naming updates
Bug Fixes & Optimizations:
Fix horizontal scroll issues in admin views
Optimize page load performance and renderin
Component Refactoring:
Modularize reusable components and improve state management where needed.
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or styled-components)
Backend: (Optional - if backend is involved: Node.js/Express or API integration)
Tools: GitHub, Figma (for design reference), REST APIs

Resume Delete Feature in Admin Panel
Add the ability for admin users to delete uploaded resumes directly.
Implement confirmation prompts and ensure proper backend cleanup of deleted files.
Contact Form → Email Integration
Enable contact form submissions (from landing or support page) to be sent automatically to a configured email address.
Use email services such as Nodemailer, Zoho Mail, or Brevo SMTP for delivery with fallback/retry mechanism.
Add New Field (Text Input)
Insert a new customizable text input field in specific areas (e.g., job post creation, candidate form, internal notes).
Ensure it's included in validation, preview, and database save logic.
UI/UX & Frontend Improvements
Improve Website Responsiveness
Refactor layout components to ensure 100% responsiveness across all screen sizes — desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Adjust overflow/scroll issues, spacing, and alignment inconsistencies, especially in the job listing and candidate sections.
Admin Dashboard Layout Enhancements
Restructure admin panel views like resume display and job listings to minimize horizontal scrolling.
Optimize table views, filters, and interactions for a more intuitive admin experience.
Text Field Styling & Validation
Ensure all new and existing text fields are consistent in design and properly validated for required input.
