React & Next Developer Required

I'm looking for a skilled React and Next.js developer for an upcoming project. While I haven't specified the primary function of the website or app yet, I do not need assistance with the design or wireframe. The project will involve a moderate level of user interactivity, so experience with user accounts and comments will be beneficial.
