React Native freelancer
Budget: $30 – $60 NZD
Looking for an ***experienced*** React Native freelancer for a trial to join our team. Initially, it will be 1 week's trial moving on to 4 week's trial after that. The separation is in order to give you time to learn and get up to speed but we will expect daily work anyway from day 1.
Non-negotiable conditions:
1. In the selection process you can present an app on video call including: your face (camera), the code that you've done and you're proud of and the compiled app - ideally anything that has a Maps module included.
2. You are online, responsive and working in the NZ timezone 9-5 pm. Please do not apply if you can't meet the criteria
3. You will provide daily reports of progress, daily git commits and daily communications to the team. If most of your days are "I was looking at the code trying to understand" and "the app was done by someone else so it broke because of xyz" you are not a person we're looking for
4. You are a problem solver - too many freelancers here are sitting for weeks thinking without a line of code done and blaming absolutely anything and anyone for the lack of progress. If you're one of them - please don't apply.
It's crazy that we have to put those conditions but the last 3 freelancers from here were exactly the opposite of the above, which is just common sense if you're doing paid work.
