React Native Full-Stack Developer Needed for Multi-User Onboarding Flow & Integrations
We’re looking for a React Native Full-Stack Developer to build an onboarding experience for our new app which is in development. We’ve already designed the flow and mapped out the data. Now, we need someone to bring it to life quickly and efficiently.
What We Provide:
✅ A Figma file with a majority of onboarding UI/UX designs
✅ A detailed onboarding data map outlining user flows and logic
✅ A structured list of onboarding questions with conditional formatting by user type
✅ A matching algorithm that connects users based on responses
What We Need You to Build:
• A React Native onboarding flow based upon the provided Figma files
o There are an estimated 85 screens, many of which are not unique and can be easily duplicated
• Transition screens to bring onboarding to life alongside the remaining time to complete
• Light front-end development and full back-end development for onboarding
• Authentication and data validation (AWS Cognito or similar)
• Database setup and integrations (Airtable, SQL, or equivalent)
• A streamlined, high-performing user experience
Key Expectations:
• Speed & Efficiency – We want someone who can deliver quickly without compromising quality
• Clarity & Simplicity – The onboarding flow isn’t overly complex; it needs some additions to include transitions screens and time to complete but is nearly complete
• Timing - Project delivered in full within four weeks to include a demo and access to a staging environment
Tech Stack:
• Mobile: React Native (Expo or CLI)
• Frontend: React Native UI components, navigation
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask)
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar SQL-based system
• Authentication: AWS Cognito (current), Firebase Auth, or equivalent
• Integrations: Airtable API
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven React Native experience (portfolio required)
✅ Experience with app onboarding & multi-user flows
✅ Strong database & API integration skills
✅ Ability to work fast and efficiently within structured sprints
✅ Someone who can clearly communicate what’s needed vs. negotiable
