React Native Audio App Development

I'm looking for an experienced React Native developer to create a single screen for audio player. I will provide you the array of audio urls. Each audio is of 5 second, the audio player should play the audio as a one. Which means there shouldnt be a break between 2 audios. it should have a slider play and pause button, total audio length and current audio playing time.
Lets say, there are 5 audio urls and each audio is of 5 second, then its total of 25 second audio. If the user slides the slider to 13 second. then it should play audio of index 3 and initial starting time should be 3 second. When playing the audio of certain index, it should preload the next audio so that there is no bufferring in between.
Already loaded audio should not be loaded again and again.
The audio array will be continiously fetched and the length will increase. Sho it should handle new audio urls as well.
