React JS MERN Full Stack (open to Angular and Vue too) developer for video playlist maker web app

Hello-
Needing full stack React (MERN) development. Open to use of Angular or Vue if needed. I need a user video playlist builder web UI that connects with a custom React-Player player I have.
Requirements:
1. Simple user log in/ sign up with profile pic and short bio text.
2. User can search video from YouTube and Vimeo, results showing within the React web app, similar to Google video search. May require connecting to APIs.
3. User can add videos from those search results to a user playlist, arrange list order, randomize playlist, loop playlist and see total time of the playlist.
4. User can upload their own short intro/outro video to AWS add those to add to the playlist.
5. User can save and delete playlists and share playlist with a sharable embed i-frame code of the custom player with all components in the player.
6. Users can love/ like. other users playlist
Can use Postgresql or MongoDB, sample database available. Custom React-Player partially made. Basic player can be viewed here: https://cookpete.com/react-player/
