React HTML Editor with Image Upload and other features

Hi there,

We need a React HTML Editor tool that our developer may integrate with our system.

The features it should have are:

Behaviour:
- Drag Drop image directly on the editor to embed and upload
-- Image upload to AWS S3
- Resize and placement of images in the editor
-Pasting link directly converts to hyperlink
-Keyboard Shortcuts for Bold, Bullet Points, H1, H2, H3
- PDF File upload and embed if possible.
- Video Embeddable
- Possible to have multiple instances of the React Editor component in the same render/ page

- Configuration:
- Minimalistic Toolbar with the option to hide the toolbar
-- Maximum image file size limit
-- Allowed image formats etc
- <placeholder> listing and selection so we may replace parts of the text where required.

- Various events available such as:
-- Auto-save function
-- History of changes with undo redo

Others:
Ability to embed custom HTML code
Reorderable blocks if possible within the editor
Can pickup theming elements of the parent theme

We may consider integrating an existing Editor that has these features or a custom one that you have in mind.
