I am looking for a full stack web developer to start on a new project.
Project Overview:
I need a skilled developer to design and develop the core infrastructure of an MLS website. Key tasks include:
Database Creation: Developing a robust, scalable database.
Property Upload Pages: Creating intuitive and efficient property upload pages for users.
Membership-Based Access System: Implementing a system that restricts certain features to paid users.
Mapping System Integration: Integrating a mapping system that links to individual property listings.
Third-Party API Integration: Linking the platform to third-party sites via API to enable seamless property uploads to my site and other platforms.
Mass Upload Capability: Implementing a feature for mass upload of properties hosted on other sites, using formats like CSV or any other efficient method.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.
Experience in creating and managing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Additional Notes:
The project includes the initial setup of these core functionalities, with plans for future expansions such as CRM and booking features.
I will be handling the design of the website and the user dashboard, so your focus will be on backend and integration development.
This is a full-time position during the development phase and has the potential to transition into a long-term role focused on maintaining and expanding the platform if the initial project is successful.
