React JS Engineer

Do you have got good communication skills in English? I am not looking for someone who is native, but am looking for someone who has good pretty good communication skills. if you're a professional in React(5+ years) and C#(2+ years) development, then let's discuss. I can pay up to 2500-3000 USD per month. If you're really really a Senior, I can consider more.
Responsibilities
You should have Ownership, Creativity, and excellent Communication skills. As a Senior Frontend Engineer at a US-based company, I require assistance with code development to get more free time. You will be communicating with company teammates over Slack to clarify any tasks, developing the code on your own local machine, and submitting the code to the company's Github. Working hours will depend on your productivity and work efficiency, but I prefer a full-time guy who can work around 5-6 hours a day. Your working hours should be at least span 5 hours of US time, and any additional hours can be completed according to your own comfort level.
Main tech-stack: Mostly React and some in C# (focused on the Frontend side so React experience is super important.) This can be part-time and full-time as well so you can do this job and your regular work at the same time as well if you want.
Qualifications Skills
You Should HODL Excellent verbal and written communication skills are the main key.
Expertise in React, and some knowledge of C# development tools and frameworks.
Here, React Skill is the most important!!!
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of success in React development. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and principles. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically and creatively. Prefer to have experience in Jest and React testing library.
Here is the requirement for him(Candidate).
1. He will do my work, instead of me. But I don't want my company guys to know that. He should pretend to be me.- He will work with my account.
2. If he has some questions during the work(requirements or other stuff), He can ask my company guys over Slack(He will use my account) but only can use text chat. He mustn't do audio or video chat in any case.
3. He will work only on my company laptop remotely using Anydesk or Rust Desk.
Here, the name of Anydesk or Rust Desk account name should be My name: (Mustn't be your name.)
You mustn't log in to the Teams or company email on your personal laptop. You will do only work on my company laptop.
4. Will pay weekly or bi-weekly. The pay depends on the work efficiency and productivity, and the completion of the tickets and the tasks. If he doesn't complete the task or ticket in time, he won't get paid.
6. He must guarantee the code quality. Completing the task in a timely manner is important but the code quality is more and more important. In case the code quality is low, he won't get paid.
7. If he completes the task in a timely manner and in the best coding practice and coding quality, then, he will get a bonus paid.
