React JS Developer for customization on existing script -- 2

Hello Everyone
We need experienced React JS developer to customize (modify/implement) existing scriptwriter (text editor) script.
Changes :-
1) Simple css style changes
2) Remove firebase from the script completely
3) Text typing reverse right now - need to fix that
4) Text formating (padding and margin changes)
5) Import and Export on different formats (PDF,HTML,FDX (xml), etc )
6) Save via API (save to mysql database via PHP API) - You just need to send the data from react js
