React Developer (5+ Yrs) Needed for Web Application

We're looking for a highly experienced React Developer (5 Years) , to build a modern admin interface based on Figma designs. The project includes up to 30 pages, all of which must be pixel-perfect and well-structured, with proper state management and authentication handling.

PROJECT SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS
- Pages: Max of 30 (Figma designs provided)
- Frontend Stack
1. React (Functional Components + Hooks)
2. Redux Toolkit (for state management)
3. JWT-based authentication
4. REST API integration (endpoints will be provided)
- Accuracy: 100% match with the Figma designs (no visual or functional deviations)
- Coding Standards: Must follow best practices and deliver clean, reusable, and maintainable code

APPLICATION PROCESS
You will be required to complete one sample page, which will be evaluated for
1. Code quality and structure
2. UI fidelity to Figma
3. Proper use of Redux Toolkit and component breakdown

IDEAL SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience with React.js
- Proven experience with Redux Toolkit, JWT, and REST APIs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines

THE BUDGET OF THIS PROJECT IS INR 45000
2 Milestones are being given
- On completion of React pages
- On final sign-off (After integration, testing & bug fixing)
