I need a skilled React.js developer to enhance my existing website's print functionality. The goal is to ensure that users can only print using the Print command, while the Save As PDF option is disabled in the print window.

In addition to modifying the print functionality, there are certain restrictions that should either already be in place or need to be implemented:
