React Debugging for Dynamic Web App

I'm looking for a proficient React Architect who can help with the debugging and optimization of a complex, dynamic application featuring real-time elements.
We have audio player on one screen that user want to play and pause do something
Audio player resets to initial position every time when we change some value in a drop down. The drop down value is not linked to the audio player. Audio player is independent and should keep playing while the user inputs some data regarding that audio.
I will share a screen on a zoom/google meet to show the issue.
Key requirements:
- Diagnose and fix issues that currently exist within the application. The primary issue pertains to the state management of the audio player which keeps resetting to its initial position.
- Improve the overall performance and efficiency of the application. Fast and efficient page loading is a priority.
- Maintain an intuitive user interface and guarantee a mobile-responsive design throughout the debugging process.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with debugging and resolving issues in complex React applications.
- A strong understanding of state management.
- Excellent performance optimization skills.
- Proven track record in developing mobile-responsive design.
