React Control - Outlook View Mesage Panel Control

I need to create react control which is used in outlook web.
Please check the attachment. It must be React control which I can configure and use in my project.
React Inner control Functionality
On Hover: icons with onclick events and checkbox with event
OnClick: event

Main Text:

DateTime.
ScrollBar for full control:
Checkbox from selecting all items.
Filter:Context menu with buttons
Context menu on right click on item with button events and setting icons for buttons also with submenu
Full control must have possibility to have divider like in outlook for example for months...
Full control must be written in react and you must used functionality from FLUENT UI REACT version 7.
