React Big Calendar Customization for Class Scheduling

I need a React.js expert to customize the React Big Calendar for a multi-resource view. The calendar should allow easy event creation and resizing through drag and drop.
Key functionalities needed:
- Users should be able to create events by dragging and dropping from a list of available teachers.
- Upon resizing an event, the duration of the assignment should extend or shorten accordingly.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with React.js and preferable with React Big Calendar.
