Read Details of the Record Page: Display details of a specific record.

Mobile App (React Native):
Login/Register Page: User authentication and registration.
Landing Page: Welcome page post-login.
Read Details Page: Display details of a specific record (No create record page required).
Additional Details:

Figma designs will be provided.
Clean and maintainable code is a must.
Adherence to best practices in both React and React Native development.
Requirements:
