React JS Barcode Scanner Development

I'm seeking a skilled React JS developer, ideally with previous experience in barcode scanning technology, to create a web-based barcode scanning system that utilizes a device's camera and features detection bounds. This task entails:
- Configuring the system to effectively scan barcodes including 1/2D and QR Codes, ultimately automating serial and MAC address input to a specific form.
- Ensuring compatibility across multiple device types and browsers.
- Ensure focus / zoom can be acheived and not leave input camera out of focus
- Ideally, the crafted solution must be inherent, secure, maintainable and not focused on a specific library or API. However, a deep understanding of libraries such as ZXing, QuaggaJS, or Dynamsoft Barcode Reader might be beneficial.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate a successfully completed project of similar nature and must have knowledge of potential pitfalls and best practices around such system development.
