React.js + ASP.Net Developer -- 95331

The budget for this project is $5/hour x 40 hours a week (non-negotiable)
I'm looking for a developer that can write both react and ASP.Net. Knowledge of Visual Studio Community and ASP.Net is required.
As part of your submission include a CSS to modify these text boxes to make them look better and javascript so that when the user clicks the calculate button the result text shows 10 * the number in num1
