Qur'an Reading Web App Development

I'm looking for a web developer proficient in any web development stack to create a Qur'an reading web application. This app will utilize the quran.com REST API as its data source.
Key Features:
- The application doesn't require user authentication, making it accessible and easy to use.
- A bookmarking feature is essential. Users should be able to bookmark their favorite verses for easy access later.
The app will only display the verses without any interpretation (Tafsir).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in any web development stack (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Prior experience in developing similar web applications would be a plus.
